WAKE UP IN PARADISE
Each of the Dragon Cay Resort cottages and villas is nestled into the breathtaking oceanside landscape, only a short walk to the beach, restaurant, and hiking trail. We offer studio cottages as well as 2 and 3 bedroom villas, each offering quaint beachy decor, ocean views, personal kitchens, air conditioning, private patios, WiFi and parking. Our rates include housekeeping (every 3rd day) and ability to rent our kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel equipment, and bicycles. We have one Pet Friendly cottage - Tropico.

Solstice Villa
Our Solstice Villa is perfect for a family, group, or couple looking for a little more space and luxury. Newly renovated, three bedroom, two bath villa set high on a ridge. Exceptional 360 degree degree views of Middle Caicos from the large open air front porch and back patio. Master bedroom with a king sized bed and en suite bath. Upstairs there is a queen bed in bedroom 2 and a queen bed in bedroom 3 with shared upper level bath. Air conditioning in bedrooms and main living area. Suitable for 6 people but can hold 8 when living area sofa bed is also used.
Sunrise Cottage
This quaint studio cottage is perfect for couples. Located to the east of the site, offering views of Mudjin Harbor and Dragon Cay. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the coastline from the open air porch. Full kitchen which providing all the comforts you need for your island getaway. Conveniently located on the walking path to the beach, restaurant, and trails.
Sunset Cottage
Studio cottage, perfect for couples, to the west of the resort. Kitchenette and a large screened porch with sun-loungers, offering private breathtaking views of the north coast of Middle & North Caicos. The Sunset Cottage will make you feel like you are the only ones on the island while still being steps from the beach, trails and restaurant.
